As of Monday, Aug 10th, 2020, in 97202 there are a total of 71 active residential homes for sale, 82 pending listings and 56 properties sold in the most recent 30 day period. The average list price for all active residential listings in 97202 is $685,264, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $726,765. Residential homes for sale in 97202 sold at an average price of $626,002 while newly listed properties came in higher on average, at $726,765.
