As of Friday, Oct 23rd, 2020, in 97209 there are a total of 226 active residential homes for sale, 32 pending listings and 25 properties sold in the most recent 30 day period. The average list price for all active residential listings in 97209 is $641,420, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $723,245. Residential homes for sale in 97209 sold at an average price of $627,674 while newly listed properties came in higher on average, at $723,245.
