The average list price for all active residential listings in 97211 is $595,899, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $548,946. Residential homes for sale in 97211 sold higher than asking price for this month, at an average selling price of $572,522 while new-to-market listings had lower asking prices averaging $548,946.
