As of Monday, May 25th, 2020, in 97211 there are a total of 80 active residential homes for sale, 77 pending listings and 31 properties sold in the most recent 30 day period. The average list price for all active residential listings in 97211 is $595,190, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $543,694. Residential homes for sale in 97211 sold at an average price of $507,710 while newly listed properties came in higher on average, at $543,694.


New listings in 97211 are outpacing sold properties. For the most recent 30 day period, 31 properties sold and 52 came on the market. In summary, new listings outpaced sales by 21.
