As of Saturday, May 30th, 2020, in 97229 there are a total of 249 active residential homes for sale, 215 pending listings and 65 properties sold in the most recent 30 day period. The average list price for all active residential listings in 97229 is $723,206, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $708,196. Residential homes for sale in 97229 sold at an average price of $579,158 while newly listed properties came in higher on average, at $708,196.
