As of Saturday, May 30th, 2020, in 97230 there are a total of 62 active residential homes for sale, 79 pending listings and 23 properties sold in the most recent 30 day period. The average list price for all active residential listings in 97230 is $377,381, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $367,814. Residential homes for sale in 97230 sold at an average price of $322,376 while newly listed properties came in higher on average, at $367,814.
