As of Saturday, Oct 20th, 2018, in 97218 there are a total of 43 active residential homes for sale, 23 pending listings and 10 properties sold in the most recent 30 day period. The average list price for all active residential listings in 97218 is $470,088, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $454,900. Residential homes for sale in 97218 sold at an average price of $426,880 while newly listed properties came in higher on average, at $454,900.

New listings in 97218 are outpacing sold properties. For the most recent 30 day period, 10 properties sold and 24 came on the market. In summary, new listings outpaced sales by 14.
