The Lockwood Report: Daily 97202 Housing Market Update for Jun 16th, 2019As of Sunday, Jun 16th, 2019, in 97202 there are a total of 143 active residential homes for sale, 72 pending listings and 42 properties sold in the most recent 30 day period. The average list price for all active residential listings in 97202 is $655,677, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $597,484. Residential homes for sale in 97202 sold higher than asking price for this month, at an average selling price of $634,844 while new-to-market listings had lower asking prices averaging $597,484.
New listings in 97202 are outpacing sold properties. For the most recent 30 day period, 42 properties sold and 80 came on the market. In summary, new listings outpaced sales by 38. As a point of reference, in the month prior, there were 58 sold 97202 residential listings while 92 homes for sale became available on the market. Keep an eye on the number of pending listings (currently 72) because an increase in pending sales may offset an increase in new listing inventory.
