The Lockwood Report: Daily Clackamas Housing Market Update for Jan 28th, 2020As of Tuesday, Jan 28th, 2020, in Clackamas there are a total of 28 active residential homes for sale, 21 pending listings and 10 properties sold in the most recent 30 day period. The average list price for all active residential listings in Clackamas is $469,903, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $488,606. Residential homes for sale in Clackamas sold at an average price of $327,180 while newly listed properties came in higher on average, at $488,606.
New listings in Clackamas are outpacing sold properties. For the most recent 30 day period, 10 properties sold and 22 came on the market. In summary, new listings outpaced sales by 12.
