As of Friday, Jan 17th, 2020, in 97060 there are a total of 29 active residential homes for sale, 39 pending listings and 6 properties sold in the most recent 30 day period. The average list price for all active residential listings in 97060 is $497,050, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $341,795. Residential homes for sale in 97060 sold higher than asking price for this month, at an average selling price of $454,167 while new-to-market listings had lower asking prices averaging $341,795.

New listings in 97060 are outpacing sold properties. For the most recent 30 day period, 6 properties sold and 19 came on the market. In summary, new listings outpaced sales by 13.
