The Lockwood Report: Daily Pearl District Housing Market Update for Jun 16th, 2019As of Sunday, Jun 16th, 2019, in Pearl District there are a total of 299 active residential homes for sale, 77 pending listings and 47 properties sold in the most recent 30 day period. The average list price for all active residential listings in Pearl District is $676,483, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $612,895. Residential homes for sale in Pearl District sold higher than asking price for this month, at an average selling price of $695,629 while new-to-market listings had lower asking prices averaging $612,895.
New listings in Pearl District are outpacing sold properties. For the most recent 30 day period, 47 properties sold and 115 came on the market. In summary, new listings outpaced sales by 68. As a point of reference, in the month prior, there were 50 sold Pearl District residential listings while 121 homes for sale became available on the market.
