The average list price for all active residential listings in Southwest Downtown is $774,169, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $782,715. Residential homes for sale in Southwest Downtown sold at an average price of $698,421 while newly listed properties came in higher on average, at $782,715.
