The average list price for all active residential listings in 97003 is $401,162, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $361,982. Residential homes for sale in 97003 sold higher than asking price for this month, at an average selling price of $380,261 while new-to-market listings had lower asking prices averaging $361,982.
