The average list price for all active residential listings in 97008 is $431,073, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $382,711. Residential homes for sale in 97008 sold higher than asking price for this month, at an average selling price of $405,871 while new-to-market listings had lower asking prices averaging $382,711.
