As of Wednesday, Feb 20th, 2019, in 97217 there are a total of 123 active residential homes for sale, 80 pending listings and 29 properties sold in the most recent 30 day period. The average list price for all active residential listings in 97217 is $467,110, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $439,965. Residential homes for sale in 97217 sold higher than asking price for this month, at an average selling price of $451,152 while new-to-market listings had lower asking prices averaging $439,965.


New listings in 97217 are outpacing sold properties. For the most recent 30 day period, 29 properties sold and 61 came on the market. In summary, new listings outpaced sales by 32.
