The average list price for all active residential listings in 97217 is $466,778, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $442,709. Residential homes for sale in 97217 sold higher than asking price for this month, at an average selling price of $462,631 while new-to-market listings had lower asking prices averaging $442,709.
