As of Tuesday, Dec 11th, 2018, in 97219 there are a total of 164 active residential homes for sale, 82 pending listings and 33 properties sold in the most recent 30 day period. The average list price for all active residential listings in 97219 is $713,990, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $606,162. Residential homes for sale in 97219 sold at an average price of $473,417 while newly listed properties came in higher on average, at $606,162.
