As of Sunday, Dec 15th, 2019, in 97229 there are a total of 222 active residential homes for sale, 188 pending listings and 82 properties sold in the most recent 30 day period. The average list price for all active residential listings in 97229 is $706,397, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $570,251. Residential homes for sale in 97229 sold higher than asking price for this month, at an average selling price of $583,489 while new-to-market listings had lower asking prices averaging $570,251.
