The Lockwood Report: Daily Scappoose Housing Market Update for Jan 28th, 2020
As of Tuesday, Jan 28th, 2020, in Scappoose there are a total of 32 active residential homes for sale, 24 pending listings and 10 properties sold in the most recent 30 day period. The average list price for all active residential listings in Scappoose is $434,661, while the average asking price for properties new on market in the last 30 days is $458,186. Residential homes for sale in Scappoose sold at an average price of $345,220 while newly listed properties came in higher on average, at $458,186.

New listings in Scappoose are outpacing sold properties. For the most recent 30 day period, 10 properties sold and 14 came on the market. In summary, new listings outpaced sales by 4.
